WP OS FLV is very easy to use plugin for WordPress to embed FLV videos in posts, pages and sidebars(using widget)

Below is the example of the shortcode

Arguments:

*   src: location of the flv video file
*   previewimage: location of the preview image file
*   width: width of video
*   height: height of video
